7-26-09 A full weekend!

We had a great weekend! Saturday started with a trip to Ikea with our buddy Bryson. He got a new double stroller to hold him and his brother Brecken, and it worked great to have both toddlers in it and to carry Brecken.


After Ikea, we went to Noel's second birthday party! He had a construction party theme and we enjoyed cupcakes, dressing up and playing with Noel's new toys!






Sunday we played outside with our splash mat. Madeleine was so funny! She was trying to drink the water like it was a fountain.



After cleaning up from playing outdoors, we played with our new tea set from Ikea... on our Ikea table Aunt Stacy gave us last year. We love Ikea :) We took the tea set out of the box yesterday and Madeleine has been loving it ever since! When she disappears, she can be found in her bedroom "doing tea" with her animals. We filled the cups with water and have been actually drinking 'tea' too. I had been coveting the tea set for about a year and wasn't sure if she'd play with it or not, but I'm glad I finally bought it for her!
