We have had the most wonderful month! It's been crazy busy, but we've had great fun. We started with a family reunion in Indiana. We saw many of my Grandma Craig's family, and enjoyed spending time together. Then we returned to the Gordon homestead in Sun Prairie for a quiet day before driving back to Rochester. We took family pictures and really enjoyed the sunny day, and gorgeous backyard.
We came home for a couple weeks, and then it was back to Sun Prairie for the kids. Our daycare is on vacation for two weeks, and Mom and Dad were kind enough to watch the girls. I've taken the second week off, and am enjoying spending the week with them. We started out with a wonderful pool party at my cousin Jeryn's house. Since then, we've relaxed, done some crafting, gone to the Deforest splash pad, several playgrounds, gotten ice cream and had a tea party! Today we're off to the zoo, and will watch the Olympics opening ceremony tonight before heading home tomorrow morning.
