We carved our pumpkins on Sunday night. Last year we discovered that if Madeleine draws the face with crayon, and then I cut it out, we have some really cute, memorable pumpkins! I did the face on the big one, and she made the lines darker. Then she drew the happy one all by herself.FYI - that's hair. Not a unibrow. Julia was right on hand to supervise.
Tonight we did a Halloween dry run. Madeleine finally settled on a costume, and decided she and Julia would be ballerinas. Which is handy because those recital costumes are kind of expensive, and I'm happy to have them worn again! Are they the cutest little troupe you've ever seen!? Yeah... me too :)
