This weekend has been a lot of fun! We started out Saturday by heading down to SocialICE in downtown Rochester. There were lots of neat ice sculptures, enjoyed by the whole family. :)
On Sunday, the Ackerman clan came over to play! We started with bubbles on the deck, then made shortbread cookies. While they baked, we enjoyed sandwiches, then played trains. After the cookies cooled, we enjoyed those, then did some pictures of all the kids. The time flew - it was just the right length of a visit, and the kids didn't want to leave. I'm glad we have such lovely friends :)
