We have had SUCH a wonderful weekend! We went to visit our favorite Miss Sarah, for both Brianna's third birthday AND Maternity pictures! We can't wait to meet the newest Alt family member next month!
We left about 1/2 a day earlier than expected when the weather took a turn for the worse. We were expecting 4-5 inches, and while we were sleeping, the pattern changed and was revised to 9-10 inches. We decided to come home ASAP, lest we be stuck in Northern Wisconsin until Monday! Ted is such an excellent driver - he got us home safe and sound, but there were some nerve-wracking parts while trying to go up steep hills.
When we got home, it was time to shovel... and make a snowman! It was PERFECT packing (Packers?) snow :)
We made a pretty great snowman, if I do say so myself!!
After snowman-time, it was time for sledding! Our backyard neighbors have a GREAT hill (they have a walk out ranch). It's just the perfect size for our little sledders. And you can't beat the location!
Then it was time for hot chocolate! Shortly after this, we did bath, and then the girls crashed HARD at 6:30 :) I edited pictures and am watching the Packers take on the Lions. Overall, it's been a great, if busy, weekend!
