Tonight was our family celebration of our little angel! She had her one year checkup today, and with that came three shots, so she was a little out of sorts. We had a lovely dinner and Madeleine (kinda) enjoyed Daube's red velvet cake with strawberry cream frosting! GM and GP (Godmother Elizabeth and Godfather Phil) had the HIT birthday present - a Dora the Explorer princess car that plays music and dances. Look at her smile! I tell you, that was a rare sight tonight. :) Thanks to our folks and friends for making tonight so fun - E - you're the hostess with the most-ess!
