Happy Labor Day!

We've had such a fun weekend! It started yesterday at St. Luke's where we had a VERY successful fundraiser for the GYGIG ride Ted and his buddies are doing in October. Phil and Elizabeth did an AMAZING job pulling it all together, and Jay's bad is talented beyond words.

Sunday (today) we met my parents and Stacy and Jason in LaCrosse at Myrick park for a fun picnic. We were disappointed to find that the little zoo at the park is closed for 2008 - but we did find a scenic overlook and had fun taking pictures. Unfortunately, Dad was watching the picnic area :( so a very important member of the family is missing from the pictures. I'm comforted by the fact that we left him there with his Ipod and a cooler full of beer, so he was pretty happy.
