9-7-10 - healing and week 4!!

We took Madeleine to see Dr. Bruce today to have him look at her stitches and give his opinion on when to take them out. He called a plastic surgeon friend of his who recommended at least five days - so we're heading back on Thursday to have the stitches removed. She was a pretty happy girl in the waiting room, and the gash is looking better and better. Not nearly as nasty as it was on Saturday!
And then the littlest Schmidt turned FOUR weeks today! Time sure is flying! It was all I could do to get a couple pictures of her alone - Madeleine REALLY wanted to be in pictures with her little sister... "What's that darling? You want Mommy to take MORE pictures? Of her precious girls? Nooooo problem." The bigger problem was narrowing it down to just a couple to post. Enjoy!
