Who knew a little paint and a wall border could be such a big decision?!? We FINALLY have decided on the border/paint combo that we like. We are leaving the bottom half of the wall as it is, painting the top two tones lighter than the lighter green in the bottom, and going with the lavender "Sweet Dreams Little Princess" border. Whew! The funny thing about this picture is that it looks like Ted is missing his index finger from the knuckle up on his left hand. LOL ~ it's there, you just can't see it...
I can't wait until we get the computer out of the room, and the baby furniture in, so it looks like an actual nursery :)
Right now all we have is a fresh paint-smelling room. It really looks lovely, and will look even better when it's done!
Also, we started registering today. Boy is that overwhelming! Who knew that babies needed so much stuff, besides the baby superstores, that is? We started online at Babies R Us and Target, and will finish up in the stores with the bigger pieces like the car seat, pack and play, etc. I have talked to friends to see what's really needed, and what's just extra, but there's still a ton to wade through!
