Well - I've finished leg one of the journey! I think I'm going to go and get a darker pink on my lunch hour tomorrow, but overall, I'm pretty darn pleased with the result! I decided (with a gentle push from Ted) to freehand the border. I have to admit, I think it will look a little more "wild flower garden" if I do, which appeals to me :)
