8-30-10 Dentist visit!

Madeleine had her very first dentist visit today! Talk about a stiff upper lip! Madeleine was so unsure of the whole thing, but did a great job. The dental assistant, Del, showed Madeleine all of the neat "toys" that she was going to use - including the light, tooth polisher, water gun, and vacuum. Then she cleaned Madeleine's beautiful pearly whites and complimented her on brushing every single day. Dr. Sund came in to do a once over, and her teeth were proclaimed perfect! When the prizes were being handed out at the end (new toothbrush, Barbie magnets and a pencil), Madeleine warmed up considerably! Overall, she did a great job and we're very proud of our little girl.
